Auto Lift Unit

Customer needed 11 unique custom lifts to advance stacks of paper to provide their employees with a safe and ergonomic way to process the product. Vector Designworks worked closely with production staff to develop a lift unit to automatically advance the paper stacks. Using a small control unit and optical sensors the unit automatically lifts the 500lbs stack to a ergonomic height, or can be used to lower the stack when operator is adding material to the stack such as unloading product from a press.
