Local business owner was looking for a more efficient way to process the treads required for their pre-fab stair products. An off the shelf saw wasn’t available for the application so a custom saw was designed to meet their needs. Vector Designworks worked closely with the customer to design the saw in 3D CAD to get all the details right. With final design, Vector Designworks built, assembled and tested the unit in house before delivering to customer. This saw automatically feeds the tread through in one pass providing a faster and safer operation in a fraction of the time.
